Base price shown for baby clothes is for size 0-3 months

For size 3- 6 months load base price by 10%

For size 6 - 12 months load base price by 20%

For size 12 - 18 months load base price by 30% or contact us by email to confirm.

 

Free postage for purchases over £60.  

 

UK postal delivery charges for parcels: Additional cost £2.50

 

Please note:

Payment is required at time of ordering.

A 50% deposit is required for items made to order.

Local delivery means within a radius of 5 miles of Crook, County Durham.

DELIVERY POLICY:

 

We aim to deliver within 7 days (unless the delivery time was highlighted as longer on the specific product(s) you ordered).  Most orders are sent within two days of ordering with simultaneous payment.

 

All items damaged in transit must be notified to us by calling 07473968455 within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

 

Please note if you nominated a safe place for your parcel to be left at the time of placing your order, this is entirely at your own risk as we cannot accept any liability for lost or stolen items.

 

We want you to be delighted with your order but if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return any item, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

 

You can cancel any item on your order at any point to despatch and receive a full refund by calling 07473968455 or notifying us via our email address above. This allows you to withdraw your offer to purchase the goods. After the order has been despatched you can still choose to return any item on your order (and within 30 days of receipt of goods) you must ensure the goods are returned in a saleable condition at your own expense to receive a full refund. 

 

If the goods are returned in saleable condition but at our expense then this return cost will be deducted from the amount refunded.

 

If you fail to return the goods within 30 days then we reserve the right to deduct the direct cost or recovering/replacing these goods from your refund.

 

We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receipt of returned goods, though upon our completion of a refund it can take a further 3-5 days for the payment gateways to return the monies.
